Great place to relax with a nice ocean view private infinty pool

Friendly staff. Great view from the pool villa. Clean facilities. Great options of restaurants and taste of food. Almost everything was complimentary in the fridge and kitchen except for 2 champagne bottles. Amazing sound system with a great playlist.

There were some ants in the room. A bit of rain leakage in the corner area of the bathroom. The ceiling fan made noise.

Beautiful views, nice facilities & the spa is incredible, staff were lovely- definitely returning

I thought the breakfast was quite good, we had it sent to the room most days which I preferred to eating at the restaurant. I really liked the views from the room and the infinity pool that was around our Villa. The other pools were nice too. Also the spa was amazing, not only were the settings beautiful but the service we received was great, very relaxing it was our favourite part of the stay. The views around the resort were incredible & the rooftop bar was great for watching the sunset with a cocktail. The staff are very caring and helpful the customer service was on point. If it was wasn’t fully booked we would have extended our stay as we enjoyed our time at Sri Panwa very much.

The restaurant food is the only thing that lets the hotel down. Breakfast was OK but the afternoon and evening food was pretty terrible, well the Thai food was alright but steaks and other things were no good so we went out for food which was much nicer. When we checked in the photos weren’t the same as the room we were put in but after explaining this the staff changed our room and the new room ( this was a booking.com issue the hotel changed it but cost extra £70 per night but was happy as the new room was beautiful). Also I noticed they didn’t change the bedding the whole time we stayed they just remade the bed with the same sheets as there was the same stain in the same place on sheets the whole trip.. and the decking broke near the pool, everything else was on point. They just need to improve the food & cleaning

relaxed and refreshed after a week filled with serenity, great food and cocktails.

Location and quietness. Black out blinds and an amazingly comfortable bed. Tuk Tuk drivers response time! Breakfast options Baba Soul Food authentic dishes

Baba Nest - booked 5 weeks in advance and when we arrived our booking had been cancelled or the staff had thought we had already arrived and positioned us in the back corner of the nest. Service was rushed with photos taking and it felt the staff were inexperienced or under pressure to deal in a calming manner.

Beautiful place for a couple

I stayed in the pent house private pool villa. It was amazing. The sunset from the pool was one of the most peaceful sights you'll ever experience.

Lizards..there are lizards everywhere.. including the pool. For a person who is scared of lizards, I had a tough time. The place is expensive. So they can do something about the lizards. It was quite irritating. Lighting in the bathroom/shower can be improved. It's too dull.

AMAZING BREATHTAKING We want to return for sure

THE selling point of this hotel is the unique location with the hillside facing the Golf of Thailand an the Indian Ocean. The rooms are set-up in a great green, wel maintained garden. Definitely one of the best hotels in Phuket.

From our perception the hotel is now > 15 years old, which becomes visible in the wear-out of some furniture, mainly in the eating zone. The staff is super- friendly, more than average in Thailand, but they do lack some efficiency. Not that important, but improving that would make our experience extreme.

Great hotel but poor communication

Atmosphere, super comfortable bed , good breakfast, many activities, spa was nice, restaurant was ok and good butlers especially Jay at Habita building

The first day that we check-in there was a problem with the television. We called 0 to Guest service and told them Can you send someone to fix TV? The woman who picked up the call said ok that time was 8 PM. We wait till 8.40 nobody come then we called again she said yes, after the second call 5-10 minutes they arrived our room. We were very upset and I asked him why you just come he told us ,he just know last 10 minutes ago. So, we realise that maybe she forgot but it shouldn’t happen with Sri panwa hotel with this price. Day 2 we booked table at IKI Japanese restaurant. After we arrived, we didn’t know where is it, all staff sit and talk until We have to walk to the kitchen that we have breakfast every morning and asked. She told us it on second floor, we walk to the second floor still don’t know where is it and we see a staff, we ask again is it IKI restaurant? She said yes and sorry I thought that you come for take a photo.

Great location, Premium property, Good break

Property location is fantastic and so is the private beach access as well.

Very far out and so getting around is tough. Also could not understand why lifts didn’t work in the night. For a premium property, Staff could have been more proactive and helpful especially with accommodating guest requests for early checkin in specific. I would still recommend premium properties in Bali over this though!

Sri Panwa magic for ending 2019

I loved Sri Panwa. Incredible in many ways. The room we stayed had a private pool, and it was simply one of the best rooms I have ever been to, what a relaxing time you could have there! Baba Nest was really beautiful, and the food in the restaurants was very. The pool club was great for breakfast and lunch and the swimming pool is also gorgeous. Service is great too and all requests where always met with smiles and kindness. We even saw Thai Royal family visiting while we were there, so you can imagine the level of this place!! The gym is also great and to tell the truth, the resort is so well prepared that you won't need to get out of there during the stay, it is just perfect. Great job to the Sri Panwa team, lovely stay and staff no doubt.

2 things could have been better: 1) the beach in the resort is not great, especially compared to many beaches you can find in Phuket, so that was dissapointing. It was not only small, but water was not clean. 2) Also dissapointed with the New Year's Eve dinner. The food and buffet was fantastic no doubt, the show and quality of the dinner was beyond expectation. BUT the presentation of the tables were we had dinner was terrible. We sat on the same tables we had breakfast or lunch on, no table cloth, no special menus, not really any effort to make them look special. It was the same table you could have breakfast, lunch or dinner with the same chair and no table cloth. Considering the price per person for the New Year's Eve dinner was around 300$, I think that price not only deserved amazing food (and maybe some extra drink as you only got 1 glass champagne) but also a great show (which was simply OK) and a nice setup of tables. In the whole area, there was at least 1 table with fine clothing, so I don't understand why some table looked decent and some didn't. It really should have been taken to a next level, the price and the place's reputation truly deserved that.
